Generation of the invoice request

To generate your invoice requests, click on the "Invoicing" tab in the navigation bar.

Once the window is open, this is what appears on the screen:

Invoice request is automated. You can initiate your own invoices directly from this section. Here's what you need to know:

At the beginning of each month, we provide you with an invoice request. This corresponds to all the campaigns you have relayed and for which we have received payment over the past month.
In order to provide you with an invoice request, we need to be paid by our advertisers. When the available payment is at least €100, a "Download my invoice request" button appears in the "Status" column of the "Pending invoices" section. You can then download, produce your invoice using the data indicated on the invoice request and send it to the following e-mail of our accounting department ([email protected]), together with your bank details (RIB / IBAN BIC).

<aside> 💡 Please note! The payment from our advertisers or programmatic platforms is usually made within two months.

In the "Pending invoices" section, you can also see the "Amount" available for payment and the "Detail", where you'll find the payments made by the various advertisers and programmatic platforms.

In the summary table, the "Paid invoices" tab shows all your invoices paid or awaiting for the payment.

You can also export all the data.
